Super easy, no bake Sprecher Root Beer Float Pie!
Ingredients:
- 8oz frozen whipped cream topping, thawed
- 3/4 cup Sprecher Root Beer
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- Optional: 2 teaspoons Root Beer Extract (to enhance flavor)
- Optional toppings: caramel syrup, pecans, cinnamon
Recipe:
- Reserve and refrigerate 1/2 cup whipped topping for garnish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Root Beer, milk, pudding mix, and optional Root Beer Extract for 2 minutes. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread into graham cracker crust.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pie. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Dollop reserved 1/2 cup whipped topping over each serving. Top with your preferred optional toppings (caramel, pecans, cinnamon).
