If you are not completely satisfied, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time and with no penalties. Log into My Subscriptions Account
If you already have a Sprecher account, click the button below to log into it. Once you are logged in, simply select "Manage Subscriptions" from the menu and you will have full access to your subscription details. If you don't have a Sprecher account, click here to create one. If you are logged into your account and your subscriptions aren't available, click here and follow the instructions to link your subscriptions with your account.
Start a Subscription
To start a subscription, select the product you wish to subscribe to in our shop. Almost all of our craft soda, lemonade, and sparkling water has a subscription option. On the product screen, select "subscribe and save 10%" from the bulleted list. Use the drop-down box to choose delivery every month or every three months. Then, add the item to your cart and check out as you normally would. Great work! Now you are going to get regular shipments of Sprecher at a 10% discount.
Manage a Subscription
You can manage your subscription online with 24-hour self service. Follow the instructions at the top of this page to log in to your subscriptions account. Once you are logged in, you will see a menu that allows you to do useful things like view your active and past subscriptions, change, pause, and cancel your subscriptions, and update your shipping address and payment methods. There is no penalty for any of these actions--including cancellation.
Cancel a Subscription or Skip your next delivery
To cancel your subscription or skip one upcoming delivery, log into your customer portal. Then select "Subscriptions" from the menu. Select the subscription you would like to cancel or skip. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Skip this order' or 'Cancel subscription,' and follow the prompts that come up. That's it! No hassle or penalties. Watch the video below for more details.
Change a Subscription to a Different Product
To change a subscription to a different product, follow the instructions above to cancel the subscription to the product you are not interested in receiving anymore. Then, start a new subscription to the product you would like to receive. You can also contact email@example.com or use the live chat to ask us to swap the product for you.
Reschedule a Subscription
To change your subscription's delivery date, log into your customer portal, then select "Subscriptions" from the menu. Click on the subscription you would like to manage and scroll down to "Next Order." Click on the "Next Order" menu and use the calendar to select your preferred order date. You can also use this menu to skip one order by selecting "Skip this Order."
Update my address, payment method, or other personal information
To change your address, payment method, or other personal information, log into your customer portal. Then select "Shipping Addresses" or "Payment Methods" from the menu, depending on what information you would like to update. From these menus, you can freely update your shipping addresses and payment method information at any time.
