Ingredients:
- 4-6 brats
- Brat buns
- 4-6 cans of Sprecher beer (Special Amber or Black Bavarian suggested)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- Optional brat toppings: spicy brown mustard, caramelized onions, sauerkraut
Recipe:
- Pour enough Sprecher beer into a large pot to fully cover the brats and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in butter and minced garlic.
