Community Focused

Our Milwaukee-based brewery proudly supports the local economy through partnerships with farmers, beekeepers, and other small businesses located across Wisconsin.

Storage Instructions

Refrigerated

Sprecher products should be kept refrigerated at 34–40°F to maintain optimal carbonation, flavor stability, and freshness. Consistent cold temperatures help prevent ingredient separation and preserve the craft quality of the beverage until it is served.

Cool & Shaded

Store bottles and cans upright in a cool, shaded area to protect them from heat and direct sunlight, which can negatively affect taste and carbonation. Keeping products upright also minimizes agitation and helps ensure the beverage remains clear, consistent, and ready to enjoy.

Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping

Sprecher offers free shipping on orders in the continental United States, making it easy for customers to enjoy their favorite craft beverages delivered at no extra cost.

Order tracking

Tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your order has been packed and shipped. If you do not see it within 72 hours, please check your junk folder or contact us.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement or refund. Because our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective items.

Reviews

"I have all your sodas that I enjoyed the most. Your cream soda ,your root 🍺. Your Green River soda Etc. Most of your sodas are so delicious. I'll be glad when you get your grape and strawberry soda. And I finally got the orange soda. But it was so banged around that I was scared to open it for for fear of the soda exploding all over my kitchen. Very disappointed in the treatment that you're sort of received while in transit."

"If you have not made a green river float, you are missing out."

A blast from the past!

"Growing up in the 1960's they had Green River at the local soda fountain. It was my favorite. Fast forward to 2026 and I saw a bottle at a local hardware store and bought one to try. The memories came flooding back at the first sip. I was just what I remembered. Might be a bit expensive. . . . but man it's still good!!"

— SFC R. (5/5)

"Delicious, great service from company shipping."

Too expensive

"This soda was a lot cheaper when I was growing up. I used to buy it at a local grocery store in Kent, Washington for $0. 25 a bottle. That was in 1976. I understand that inflation has caused some things to go up, but $2. 50 a bottle seems a bit much. Lesson learned."

"So good!"

Great tasting soda

"A friend of mine from Chicago told me about this soda. On a trip through Wisconsin we got to stop at Sprecher, and I got to try it. Bought a lot then to bring home and had to order more."

— Mark C. (5/5)

didn't get conformation, so ordered another

"I had ordered 24 bottles of green river and didn't receive a conformation. SO put order in a second time, and got a conformation on second order, and lo and behold there are two shipments of green river totaling appox $100. This was for a birthday surprise since green river hard to find on West coast. If wanted 48 bottles would have RATHER PAID one shipping cost fee. Regards. . . C King"

Green River needs more Tart Lime

"I love Sprechers Grape, Root Beer, the Cherry Cola not so much , but I have never tried their version of Green River because it was bottled in Chicago for many years and it was just a taste Like Bubble Up or Upper 10 with green food coloring . The Original Green River was opaic Green Yellow and it was extremely TART lots of LIME , Mr Softee Trucks had it on Tap in the 1960’s , then in the 80’s the formula went to bland lemon lime Sprite taste , the lost the Chicago River Lime Green taste , please do some research and test how much better it can be with a lot more lime and it should not be clear green like jello it should a yellow green like the River ( Canada Dry had a version marketed as"
