This recipe is a Sprecher spin on a classic cocktail, the Vanilla Mojito. Sprecher Cream Soda, Mint, and Rum come together for a delicious and simple recipe good for any time of the year. When it’s getting cold in Milwaukee, I like to sip on one of these and pretend I am somewhere tropical.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Yields: 1 Drink
Ingredients
4 oz Sprecher Cream Soda
2 oz White Rum
3 Mint leaves
3/4 oz Lime juice
Lime for garnish
Instructions
1. Lightly muddle the mint with the lime juice in a rocks glass
2. Add rum and ice
3. Top it off with Sprecher Cream Soda.
4. Garnish with mint and lime wedge
