Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a Sprecher subscription, you’ll receive your favorite Sprecher products delivered to your door on a recurring schedule. Simply choose your preferred product, delivery frequency, and subscription duration, then enjoy automatic shipments. It’s like getting visited from the Root Beer fairy, but it’s real.
Billing & Renewals
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout. Your payment information is stored securely and will be charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. Renewal details, including billing frequency and pricing, are clearly displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled shipment. To manage your subscription:
- Use the link provided in your subscription confirmation email, or
- Log into your customer account on the Sprecher website
Changes or cancellations must be completed prior to the order processing date for the upcoming shipment. Orders that have already begun processing cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription shipments are subject to Sprecher’s Returns and Refunds Policy. Due to the nature of our products, subscription orders are considered final once shipped. Refunds or replacements are available only in the event of damage during transit or a fulfillment error.
