Shipping policy
Order Processing
Order processing time is the period required to prepare, pack, and hand off your order for shipment. Processing time is separate from transit time and is not included in the delivery estimates shown at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within one to two (1–2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During holidays or periods of elevated order volume, processing times may be extended. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
All orders ship from Wisconsin. Because glass bottles cannot be shipped safely during periods of extreme cold, order processing times may be longer during winter months.
Domestic Shipping Methods and Rates
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground at the lowest available rate. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated automatically at checkout based on shipping destination and order weight.
Local Delivery and In-Store Shopping
Sprecher does not offer local delivery at this time.
In-store pickup for online orders is not available. Customers may shop in person at the brewery during posted business hours at:

International Shipping
Sprecher does not currently offer international shipping.
Alcoholic Products
Sprecher does not ship alcoholic products. Alcoholic products may be purchased in person at the brewery location listed above.
Order Tracking and Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order within eight (8) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact help@sprecherbrewery.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Sprecher ships orders exclusively via UPS. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Due to the nature of our products, all orders are considered final once shipped. Sprecher Brewing Company LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as preference, ordering errors, or changes of mind.
Beverage products and non-beverage merchandise are final sale once shipped. Beverage products are not returnable due to safety and handling considerations. Non-beverage merchandise is produced on a made-to-order basis, meaning items are created specifically for each order.
We stand behind the accuracy and safe delivery of every order. Refunds or replacements will be considered if:
- The product arrives damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect item was shipped due to a Sprecher fulfillment error
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. Otherwise, notify us within five (5) days of package receipt by emailing help@sprecherbrewery.com (including a valid reply address). Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.
Damaged prepaid gift subscription items are not eligible for refunds; replacement product will be provided at no additional cost. Requests may be denied if sufficient proof of damage or fulfillment error is not provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
