Refund policy

Overview

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be issued for products purchased from Sprecher Brewery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. This Policy is intended to provide clear expectations, protect customers, and ensure compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Beverage Products (Soda, Craft Drinks)

Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@sprecherbrewery.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If possible, please refuse delivery of packages that are visibly damaged during transit. In cases of confirmed damage or defect, replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost. Returns are not required for damaged beverage items.

Non-Beverage Merchandise (Apparel, Glassware, Accessories)

All non-beverage merchandise is produced, packaged, or fulfilled specifically for each order. This includes made-to-order apparel and other custom-fulfilled items.

For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Change of preference
  • Unwanted items

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and ordering details carefully before placing an order.

If a non-beverage item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@sprecherbrewery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified damage, defects, or fulfillment errors. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification or inspection, if applicable.

Original shipping charges and delivery fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Exceptions

Prepaid gift subscriptions and similar promotional items are not eligible for refunds. If such items arrive damaged or defective, replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Required Documentation

To process a claim efficiently, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order confirmation or receipt'
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent resolution.
