The best root beer float begins, naturally, with the best root beer.
"The most important part of this recipe is quality root beer," says Chef Billy Parisi in his own root beer float recipe, "So I used Sprecher Root Beer which is just so dang good and creamy."
This classic root beer float dessert is easy to make and great for a crowd, or just for an individual after-dinner treat.
We serve these up in the Sprecher taproom for those of all ages, and we even gave out over 16,000 floats at the Root Beer Floatilla in 2020. You can sign up for our FREE Sprecher Root Beer Float Bash on August 6th, aka National Root Beer Float Day!
