Sprecher Racecar Sponsorship

Sprecher Brewery is excited to be sponsoring racecar driver Lyle Nowak in the Mid-American racing series this year! Coming up, Lyle will be racing in the Governor's cup 40 at 2:30pm on Saturday August 23rd at the Milwaukee Mile.

Business Week magazine has a new article on the craft beer / micro-brew industry which links to this survey of their top 10 best beers in America. Our very own Black Bavarian made the list, although Hefe Weiss nearly manages to steal the show as the picture accompanying Black Bavarian's profile. Don't ask us why, we certainly wouldn't confuse the two...

Sprecher Root Beer ranked best by Imbibe Magazine

Sprecher Root Beer was the only root beer of seven tasted that received a 4-star rating by Imbibe magazine (March/April). Other root beers in the tasting include Virgil’s, Jones, Boylan’s, Bulldog, Hansen’s and Henry Wienhard’s.

In honor of the 100th birthday of the Milwaukee County Parks system, Sprecher Brewery has bottled select product featuring a commemorative bottle cap noting the occasion. Milwaukee boasts one of the nation's most fantastic parks systems, and we want to celebrate and make a toast to the next 100 years.
